For employees

  • Illegal dismissal and constructive dismissal claims;
  • Unpaid wages, overtime, 13th month pay, and final pay;
  • Forced resignation and forced early retirement;
  • SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions;
  • Representation in mandatory conciliation (SEnA), the NLRC, and appeals.

Frequently asked questions

Can my employer make me resign?

No. A resignation must be voluntary. If you were pressured or threatened into resigning, it may be constructive dismissal, which the law treats as illegal dismissal.

Can I be forced to retire at 60?

Not without your clear and voluntary agreement. The Supreme Court has ruled that forced early retirement without consent is illegal dismissal.
