Recososa Law Firm offers both traditional notarization at our Cebu IT Park office and electronic notarization (eNotarization) for clients anywhere in the Philippines. Every document is handled properly and by the book, because a defective notarization can make a document worthless when you need it most.
What we notarize
- Affidavits (loss, support, undertaking, and others);
- Special and general powers of attorney;
- Deeds of sale, donation, and lease contracts;
- Corporate documents: secretary’s certificates and board resolutions;
- Contracts and agreements of all kinds.
Traditional or electronic?
- Traditional notarization: for paper documents. You appear in person at our office with a valid ID.
- eNotarization: for PDF documents. You appear online by video call, or in person, through NotarioPH by QLegal, a Supreme Court-accredited platform. See how eNotarization works.
What to bring
- The complete, final document (unsigned, if you’ll sign before the notary);
- At least one valid government-issued ID with photo and signature;
- Your witnesses and their IDs, if the document requires them.
